NOW HIRING | MULTI-LODGE ADMIN & FINANCE MANAGER ? Luxury Safari Lodges | Botswana ? Salary Negotiable Looking to take your career into the bush? This is a dynamic, travel-based role across multiple luxury safari lodges perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment ? ? THE ROLE Youll be the backbone of admin and financial operations across several lodges, ensuring everything runs smoothly, consistently, and efficiently. ? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ? Financial & Admin Oversight Manage day-to-day admin across lodges + regional office Oversee invoicing, reconciliations, petty cash & procurement Ensure systems, processes & reporting are standardised and compliant ? Team Leadership Train, support & manage lodge admin teams Act as the link between lodges and regional office Ensure clear communication, accountability & workflow balance ? Systems & Reporting Compile consolidated financial, HR & operational reports Conduct audits to maintain accuracy & transparency Ensure full compliance with company & legal standards ? WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR Strong, confident leader with a hands-on approach Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Able to work under pressure in a demanding environment Professional, neat, and reliable Honest, driven, and people-focused ? REQUIREMENTS Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role Hospitality diploma or similar qualification Previous management experience advantageous Strong Microsoft Office skills ?
