About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Admin to join our team on a 4-month contract basis in Germiston, Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and payroll management, with a focus on IR and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address employee grievances and represent the company in labour discussions
  • Manage disciplinary processes
  • Represent the CCMA
  • Payroll management: process payroll, maintain records, calculate deductions, bonuses, commissions & overtime
  • Address payroll queries
  • HR Administration: assist with recruitment, onboarding and orientation of new staff
  • Resolve employee conflict
  • Provide HR support to employees and managers
  • Monitor employee performance evaluations
  • Manage petty cash
  • Process data input and manage data in various systems

Requirements

  • Grade 12 certificate
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on payroll and IR
  • Good knowledge of BCEA, LRA, COID, OHS
  • Working experience on Sage Cloud and MS Office
  • Valid drivers’ license and own vehicle

Salary & Benefits

R18 000 per month for the contract duration
