About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lodge Manager to join our luxury safari lodge in Botswana. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving exceptional guest experiences and overseeing day-to-day lodge operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day lodge operations
- Drive exceptional 5⭐ guest experiences
- Lead, train & support all departments
- Maintain brand standards across the lodge
- Manage guest relations & repeat clientele
- Oversee training, staff development & performance
- Ensure tasks, maintenance & projects are completed within budget
Requirements
Minimum 5 years in a 5⭐ lodge management role
Strong leadership & team development skills
Guest-focused with attention to detail
Hospitality or Business qualification
Confident, well-presented & professional
Able to thrive in a high-pressure, remote environment
