About the Role

The Group Facilities Manager is a senior leadership position responsible for the national facilities strategy and execution across multiple locations. This role requires an experienced professional with strong operational execution, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills to ensure that all buildings, infrastructure, and services are safe, compliant, efficient, and aligned to business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all buildings, infrastructure, and services are safe, compliant, efficient, and aligned to business needs.
• Optimize costs and vendor performance.
• Develop and implement the national facilities strategy across multiple locations.
• Manage relationships with vendors, landlords, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Lead a team of facilities managers and support staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management / Property Management (NQF 7)
• Minimum 8 years facilities management experience
• At least 3 years in a management role
• Strong experience in vendor and landlord management
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
