Employer Description Our client is one of South Africas largest multidisciplinary construction groups, delivering complex infrastructure and engineering projects across South Africa and the broader Sub‑Saharan African region. Job Description You will be required to : Works to programmes and deadlines as agreed with Site Agent/General Foreman. Knowledge of construction processes and trades Responsibility over workers, materials and plant on a particular contract or section of the work Read and interpret drawings Setting out and levelling Knowledge of materials, plant and equipment Co-ordination of construction teams Staff management and labour legislation Safety requirements and safety and health legislation Qualifications Matric with Maths/NQF4 be an advantage Skills At least 5 years related experience in the construction environment with experience in roads & earthworks projects Written Communication Oral Communication Numerical orientation Planning skills Problem solving Conflict management Decision making Interpersonal skills Team player Benefits Inclusive
