About the Role
Tumaini Consulting is seeking an experienced General Foreman to lead day-to-day site operations on large-scale road construction contracts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex roadworks, driving productivity, and ensuring compliance with stringent client and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- 10-15 years proven experience as a General Foreman on large road construction contracts valued at R350 Million or more
- Education: NDip or higher qualification in Civil Engineering or suitable alternative NQF level qualification
- Demonstrated experience working with provincial and national authorities such as Gautrans, Provincial Department of Public Works, and SANRAL
