Job Description

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS B Com degree or similar qualification An understanding of financial transactions, processes and principles Relevant accounting experience SKILLS: Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, SAP Accounting system and VIP Payroll/Sage 300 People Strong Administrative skills Ability to work under pressure Ability to meet deadlines Meticulous nature Ability to work independently Good problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Understanding of relevant legislation KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: Monthly processing of payroll interface, reallocation and reversal journals Monthly exporting of payroll reports in preparation for schedules and 3rd party payments Monthly 3rd party and salary control reconciliations. Submission of schedules and proof of payments to 3rd parties and relevant personnel. Ongoing Query handling.
