Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize production efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods to ensure adequate supply and prevent stockouts
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to coordinate production activities and ensure on-time delivery of products
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks or inefficiencies to improve overall manufacturing performance
- Analyze production data, identify trends, and provide regular reports to management on key performance indicators
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, production targets, and safety regulations
- Participate in cross-functional teams to support new product introductions, process improvements, and cost-reduction initiatives
- Knowledge of demand and supply planning operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field
- 3 Years of experience in production planning
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and inventory control principles
- Proficiency in using ERP systems, production planning software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Syspro
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus
