Back of House Team | Luxury Caf Opening | Abu Dhabi
We are preparing to open a beautifully considered caf in Abu Dhabi and are seeking a Back of House team who understand that exceptional guest experiences begin in the kitchen.
This is a space where precision, consistency, and pride in craft define the standard. We are looking for individuals who are detail-driven, disciplined, and committed to delivering quality at every stage of production.

The Role
You will form part of a kitchen team responsible for delivering a consistent, high-quality product in a fast-paced yet refined environment. This requires strong fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to work with care and precision under pressure.

- Previous experience in a quality-focused kitchen environment
- Strong understanding of kitchen fundamentals and hygiene standards
- A disciplined and organised approach to your work
- The ability to maintain consistency in both preparation and presentation

- Experience living and working in the UAE is highly advantageous
