About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Claims Clerk to join our team at TWK Agri Ltd in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga. As a key member of our Financial Services Department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the claims process through efficient administrative and clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, issue, and send out insurance claims
  • Arrange for payments on insurance claims
  • Regularly capture required information on internal systems
  • Record and update customer claims
  • Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems
  • Prepare claim reports

Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in short term insurance
  • RE5 certificate (advantageous)
  • Computer literate
  • Advanced skills in Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Deadline driven, good organising and planning skills
