About the Role
Reinhardt Transport is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk Administrator to join their team at Steelpoort. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing risk administration, overseeing vehicle assessments, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Book in trucks & trailers at the workshop
- Complete Inspection List
- Take photos of damages on vehicles
- Update “Group Risk Sheet” daily / monthly
- Gather information / documentation
- Obtain cost with assistance from workshop
- Submit for AOD / get purchase order & invoice
- Manage incidents /accident / abuse
- Assistance with insurance claim documentation
- Oversee fines administration
- Reporting to Head Office
- Oversee Risk Admin or other Company Depots
- Assist with Driver Statements
- Report on monthly statistics
Requirements
- Matric
- Computer Literate
- Excel is compulsory
- Ability to work under pressure without constant supervision
- Own transport
