About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Store Manager to join our dynamic team at Under Armour Clearwater in Roodepoort. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing staff, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and employee supervision
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects the Under Armour brand
- Collaborate with district managers and other stakeholders to stay informed about company initiatives and promotions
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- 1-2 years management experience
- 3-4 years retail experience
- Sports knowledge advantageous
