About the Role
Adcorp Insights is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our contracts with clients, ensuring seamless service delivery and compliance with labour laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end TES contracts for clients, ensuring service delivery in line with SLAs.
- Ensure full compliance with South African labour laws, including Department of Employment and Labour regulations, BCEA, LRA, and sectoral determinations.
- Act as the main point of contact between the client and the company.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review performance and address concerns.
- Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and headcount according to client needs.
- Monitor payroll inputs (timesheets, hours worked, overtime, leave).
- Ensure accurate billing and cost management for all contracts.
- Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary processes and grievance management.
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present reports on KPIs, staffing, and contract performance.
