About the Role
As a Lab Supervisor at Top Vitae, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory facilities. You will be responsible for managing diverse personalities of lab personnel through proper training and overseeing all aspects of product quality testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage diverse personalities of lab personnel through proper training
- Responsible for procedure review and training with all lab personnel
- Complete monitoring, record keeping, and reporting for all product quality testing
- Ensure that all testing is performed within compliance procedures
- Maintain certification and maintenance of all lab equipment
