About the Role

We are seeking an experienced F&B Manager to join our team at Bright Placements in Limpopo. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and excellent technical skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and Excel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage food and beverage operations, ensuring high-quality service and efficient day-to-day management.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reports using Good to Advanced Excel Skills.
  • Utilize Hospitality PMS systems such as Opera and Symphony for effective inventory management and customer tracking.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Hospitality PMS systems, particularly Opera and Symphony.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a related field, preferably in hospitality management.
  • Solid track record of success in similar roles within the hospitality industry.

Qualifications

  • Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
