About the Role
As a Graduate Procurement Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the procurement function within our organisation. You will be responsible for routine supplier management, leading qualification processes, and implementing procurement tasks to ensure timely completion with high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- On-boarding of new subcontractors, full comprehensive vetting process
- Subcontractors selection: implementation of high quality fully compliant tenders
- Creation of high quality contracts
- Implementation of cost down and cost optimization
- Routine subcontractors management (supplier performance evaluation, high level sponsorship management, PTP (procurement to payment) cycle management, Supplier risk management, supplier healthy eco-system built)
- Project delivery resource assurance
- Other activities related to implementation of procurement processes
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills both orally and in written
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Presentation skills
- Ability to priorities and plan effectively
- Ability to work with big volumes of data
- Good IT skills (familiarity with Word, Power Point, Excel etc)
- Excellent customer relationship maintenance skills
