About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Paralegal to join our team in the Cape Town region, specializing in property conveyancing, bonds, and transfers. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Deeds Office procedures and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with bond transactions and conveyancing matters
  • Maintain accurate records and documents
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in property conveyancing
