About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Paralegal with a strong background in property conveyancing, specifically in bonds and transfers, to join our team in Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and prepare documents for bond transactions
  • Assist with the preparation of transfer deeds and other property-related documents
  • Maintain accurate records and files in accordance with Deeds Office procedures
  • Provide administrative support to consultants and clients
  • Utilize MS Office and legal software to efficiently manage tasks

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in property conveyancing
  • Specific experience in bonds and transfers
  • Strong knowledge of Deeds Office procedures
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office and legal software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
