Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at SBEX Pty Ltd in Meyerton. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GAAP and excellent attention to detail, with experience in back office functions. Strong communication skills and the ability to work across both front and back of house operations are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage restaurant operations, including staff supervision and inventory control
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Monitor and analyze sales trends and variances
- Work closely with hospitality teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Perform other management duties as required
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Attention to detail in back office functions
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work across front and back of house operations
- Willingness to relocate
