About the Role

The Digital Marketing & Performance Specialist plays a crucial role in managing and optimising our organisation’s digital presence across multiple brands and platforms. This position combines website management, digital marketing, paid media, reporting, and creative support to drive brand consistency, user engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain multiple brand websites, ensuring all content is accurate, current, and visually aligned with brand standards.
  • Perform front-end updates, including content changes, images, banners, promotions, and service information.
  • Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and user experience across all digital platforms.
  • Implement and maintain basic on-site SEO, including:
  • Meta titles and descriptions
  • Image optimisation
  • Content structuring for improved search visibility
  • Continuously optimise websites to support direct enquiries, bookings, and lead generation.

Requirements
