Heavy Equipment Operator

Job description:
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating heavy equipment such as graders and bull dozers.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate graders and bull dozers. Must be able to cut final levels.
Start and maintain the engine, shift gears, press pedals, and turn the steering wheel to operate the loader efficiently.
Lower and tilt the bucket to fill it with bulk material, then raise and tilt it when filled to dump the material into the desired location.
Perform routine maintenance on the loader, including lubricating, fueling, and cleaning, to ensure optimal performance and extend its lifespan.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment
Excellent mechanical skills and knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance.
Able to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A valid driver’s license is also required for this position.
Must have excellent mechanical skills.
