About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our team, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent guest service abilities, and a solid understanding of food, wine, and beverage service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of food and beverage services
- Lead and motivate teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Control costs and optimize financial performance
- Implement effective inventory management and ordering systems

Requirements
- Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 35 years experience in a Food & Beverage management role
- Previous experience in a lodge, hotel, or luxury hospitality environment
