About the Role

The Utility / Heat Network Manager will take ownership of utility contracts and energy renewals, supporting the Head of Property in managing utilities for a newly created role driven by regulatory changes. This is a remote position based in South Africa, with working hours of UK 9 am-5 pm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage energy contracts and renewals with a focus on commercial environments.
  • Coordinate directly with brokers and third-party vendors to handle quotes and queries.
  • Perform regular administrative housekeeping and general utility-related admin.
  • Review costs versus billing to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Negotiate with stakeholders using a soft negotiation style.
  • Support other business areas during periods of lower utility workload.
  • Use Excel and numerical skills to manage data and financial information.

  • Property or energy-related experience.

Salary & Benefits
