About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at A-Z BUSINESS PROFESSIONALS. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes, and leading junior staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes in accordance with hotel culinary standards
- Ensure efficient and consistent preparation of food items while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workstation
- Provide strong leadership and training to junior kitchen staff
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
- Formal relevant qualification (e.g. culinary arts, hospitality management)
- Strong leadership skills for supervising junior staff
- Passion for culinary excellence
Salary & Benefits
- R9 000 to R11 000 per month (with chef applications please include their food portfolio)
