About the Role

The Food & Beverage Outlet Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth through innovative menu concepts and optimized performance management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the dining area, staff, and customer service
  • Leading and motivating a team to achieve harmonious work environments
  • Implementing and maintaining exceptional service standards
  • Collaborating with other departments to create and execute innovative menus and dining concepts
  • Monitoring and optimizing outlet performance, including revenue generation, cost control, and inventory management
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Handling guest feedback and resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally

Requirements

  • At least 3 years proven experience as a Restaurant / Outlet or F&B Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, beverage planning and inventory management
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests, staff, and other departments
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Micros and basic computer skills
