About the Role
As a Procurement Manager at Vine Recruitment, you will be responsible for managing the procurement of raw materials, packaging, and other supplies to ensure seamless operations. You will develop sourcing strategies, build supplier partnerships, and lead forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory management efforts. Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement of raw materials, packaging, and other supplies
- Develop sourcing strategies and build supplier partnerships
- Lead forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory management
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance
- Monitor stock levels and resolve shortages/surpluses
- Oversee warehouse team and administration support
- Control procurement spend and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Manage purchase orders, invoices, and supplier agreements
- Track and report on key procurement metrics
Requirements
Relevant qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Business
Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement
Strong sourcing, negotiation, and project management skills
Experience with forecasting, planning, and ERP systems (Syspro advantageous)
