About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and talented Assistant Lodge Manager to join our exceptional team at a luxurious boutique hotel and private villa estate in Hermanus, Overberg. As an integral part of our guest experience, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, exceptional service, and unparalleled standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the total Guest Experience from arrival to departure
- Oversee and manage Daily Operations
- Coordinate between departments
- Lead & Develop personnel
- Oversee Food & Beverage Operations
- Ensure daily 5* standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards
Qualifications
- Formal education in Hospitality or related field (e.g. B.Tech Hospitality Management)
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary range: R 600 000 – R 800 000 per annum, depending on experience
