About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Agent to join our team in Hermanus, Western Cape. As an Authorised Dealer with Limited Authority (ADLA) under the South African Reserve Bank, we deliver secure, tech-enabled financial services with a focus on innovation, agility, and service excellence. This role exists to provide professional, computer-based customer support across multiple digital channels, ensuring a smooth and positive user experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Possess 1-3 years of experience in a customer support or online service role.
• Provide real-time support to customers via WhatsApp, Facebook, email, and phone.
• Assist users with onboarding and account verification queries.
• Troubleshoot technical or account-related issues with efficiency and empathy.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
• Document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records.
• Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Work scheduled shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.

Requirements
