About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Buyers Administrator to join our Sneakers & Trains team. This is a structured, execution-focused administrative role supporting the end-to-end buying process of third-party branded fashion and footwear.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative support across the buying cycle, including purchase order creation, amendments, and maintenance
  • Track stock deliveries and manage reporting and critical path timelines
  • Ensure accurate SKUs, pricing, delivery dates, and quantities across systems and the website
  • Capture and maintain product data received from third-party brands, including images, descriptions, specifications, and barcodes
  • Conduct website checks to ensure content accuracy (imagery, sizing, descriptions, specifications)
  • Maintain dashboards, spreadsheets, and reports using Excel and Google Sheets
  • Liaise daily with planning, operations, customer service, finance, and brand partners to resolve administrative queries
  • Manage stakeholder communication to ensure deadlines and delivery timelines are met

Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric (tertiary qualification in Business Administration or similar advantageous)

Experience in a Buyers Admin, Buying Support, or Merchandising Admin role preferred

Exposure to the retail buying cycle, particularly third-party or branded buying, advantageous

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups are essential)

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

Comfortable working across multiple systems and adapting to evolving processes
