About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at MF Spa & Beauty Placements in Johannesburg. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business development, building strong relationships with clients, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate client engagement and promotional events
Confidently close deals and negotiate contracts
Build good rapport with clients to establish long-term relationships
Focus on new business development and expansion of existing accounts
Utilize sales apps and computer software (including MS Excel) to manage sales efforts

Requirements

South African citizen
Based centrally in Johannesburg with ease of access to outlining areas – including the North-West Province
Reliable car with insurance & valid driver’s license
Formal qualification (Diploma/ Degree / Certification) in Beauty / Skin Care OR Cosmetology OR Somatology
Active Business 2 Business SALES experience within SPA, Beauty, Cosmetics or Pharma industries
Knowledgeable on skincare trends & skincare devices
Sales driven – this is the core KPI for this role
Comfortable being on the road – this job requires a lot of traveling and driving
Business savvy with confidence working on sales apps & computer literate (including MS Excel)
Ability to travel for work when operationally required – all travel costs are covered by the company
Strong team dynamic, but also able to work independently

R14,000 Fixed Basic Salary per month – guaranteed
