About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Group Sales Executive to join our team at Career Pathfinders in Hoedspruit. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating revenue for all hotels in our portfolio by selling their products and services to potential clients. Your primary focus will be on corporate clients, group bookings, and events, with the goal of increasing occupancy rates and overall sales at all Orion Hotels.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate revenue for all hotels in our portfolio through sales of products and services to potential clients
- Focus on corporate clients, group bookings, and events to increase occupancy rates and overall sales
- Provide excellent customer service and personal interaction with clients
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, client interactions, and revenue generated
- Prepare monthly reports for management to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills
Requirements
- Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
