About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant with Zecutive Consultants, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing our existing client database, expanding our client base through new business development and canvassing new clients. You will also be expected to continuously follow up with clients, build and maintain a network of contacts, secure client agreements, and understand their environments and requirements. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who is target-driven, flexible, and adaptable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and service existing client database
  • Expand client base through new business development and canvassing new clients
  • Continuous follow-up and building network of contacts to secure client agreements
  • Understand client environments and requirements
  • Data crunching, research, and analysis
  • Strong time management and work under pressure
  • Compile and advertise positions on various platforms
  • Screen and match candidates to client requirements through the full recruitment life cycle (in-service training will be provided)
  • General administration

Requirements

  • Minimum Matric qualification
  • Tertiary qualification highly recommended
  • Must be living in Plettenberg Bay or surrounds, prepared to work office-based during office hours (not negotiable)
  • A proven track record of at least 2-3+ years in external sales, preferably in the services sector (NOT retail sales)
  • Strong pipeline to conversion ratio, strong relationship building, and an existing database of contacts, network, or clients
  • Previous recruitment experience advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), meticulous attention to detail
  • Sound knowledge of marketing, MS Word, and ability to easily master new software packages
  • Completely bilingual in Afrikaans and English
