Job Description
About the Role
As a Sales & Marketing Manager at NDC Personnel, you will lead and coach a team of field-based sales agents to drive strategic marketing initiatives and ensure high-performance sales execution. You will be responsible for setting and monitoring performance, conducting regular field visits, reviewing sales reports, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing consistent branding across the sales function.

Requirements
- BSc (Agric) Animal Science or similar degree
- Deep understanding of animal nutrition and the animal feed industry
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar marketing or sales leadership role
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
