About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master with Project Administration expertise to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our Client Services department, you will be responsible for facilitating agile values and principles, leading teams to self-organisation, and promoting experimentation and safe failure. You will work closely with external clients, establishing trust and respect within the team, and ensuring transparency and predictability.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate agile values and principles adoption in teams
- Lead teams to self-organisation and promote experimentation
- Establish trust and respect within the team
- Ensure transparency and predictability in project administration
- Provide excellent communications skills and express thoughts clearly
- Utilise non-violent communication techniques (Rosenberg) and negotiation skills
- Demonstrate servant leadership and self-empowerment attitude
- Collaborate with teams to derive solutions and investigate anomalies
Requirements
- Matric certificate essential
- PSM I or II, CSM, or CSP Certificate
- Driver’s license and own car (if possible)
- Background in Industrial and Organizational Psychology an advantage
- At least 3 – 4 years working experience as a Scrum Master
- Solid Agile Scrum, Project Administration, and External Client Services experience
- Experience in change management and conflict management techniques
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications (if applicable)
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly salary: up to R55 000 per month (full cost to Company)
- Mandatory pension fund deduction of between 4% – 11% of monthly salary
