About the Role

As an Electrician at Agrimark Operations Limited, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance and maintenance of our silo and seed plant equipment. With over 100 locations across South Africa and a growing ecommerce presence, we offer a unique business model that combines retail and specialist brands to support agriculture, rural communities, and lifestyle customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure full functionality of all silos and seed plant machinery and equipment.
  • Maximise equipment utilisation and maintain optimal working condition.
  • Perform planned, preventative, and emergency maintenance.
  • Conduct electrical and mechanical repairs and overhauls.
  • Improve operational efficiency through effective maintenance practices.
  • Work within a plant environment for extended periods as required.

Requirements

  • Qualified Electrician with a valid Trade Test Certificate.
  • A valid Wiremans License.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a plant environment, preferably within silo or seed plants.
  • Proactive with strong initiative.
  • High personal and professional integrity.
  • Strong team player with effective collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to work overtime and be on standby when required.
