About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Lifestyle Manager to join a prestigious luxury lifestyle management company in Johannesburg. We are looking for a polished, highly organised, and service-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences to high-net-worth members in a fast-paced luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage member requests via email, phone, and CRM systems
- Deliver personalised lifestyle support and concierge-style service
- Act as key point of contact for members and office operations
- Provide administrative support to senior management and the Lifestyle team
- Maintain accurate CRM, databases, and reporting systems
- Support newsletters, research, media summaries, and supplier databases
- Assist with event planning, execution, and on-site support
- Represent the brand professionally at all events and touchpoints
- Handle confidential information with discretion and care
Requirements
Experience in customer service, guest relations, PA, concierge, or lifestyle management. Exposure to luxury hospitality, travel, or VIP service environments preferred. Strong understanding of high-end client service expectations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational, admin, and time-management skills. Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
