About the Role
A leading company within the financial services sector, based in East Rand, is seeking an experienced Executioner/Paraplanner to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing client instructions accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless communication with advisors, clients, and providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-submission: receive and interpret advisor instructions
- Review meeting outcomes and notes
- Check supporting documents
- Prepare provider-specific paperwork
- Ensure compliance requirements are met
- Identify outstanding items before submission
- Capture and submit all instructions accurately
- Upload documents to provider portals
- Send formal instructions where required
- Log submissions on CRM/workflow systems
- Record expected turnaround times
- Follow-up: track all pending items, follow up with providers, admin teams, and clients
- Resolve rejections, queries, and outstanding requirements
- Escalate urgent matters to the advisor or manager
- Confirmation: ensure implementation has been finalised
- Provide feedback to client
- Update the advisor
- Close the case on the system
- Ensure all documents are saved correctly
Requirements
- BCom Degree (BCom Hons preferred)
- Previous experience as a paraplanner or administrator at an actual Financial Planning office (not head office)
