About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Deputy Resort Manager to join our client’s resort in Umhlanga/Ballito region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in senior management roles, with a strong focus on driving business growth and enhancing guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control
- Lead the resort team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Implement industry best practices in hospitality operations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience as Deputy GM/ senior management role within the same environment
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of hospitality operations
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications (if applicable)
