About the role: The overall purpose of the Campus Head is to lead the key stakeholders and operations at a campus level, by managing the quality of academic delivery, human resources, the total sales process, finance, facilities, and student satisfaction and to market and promote the business. Requirements:
3-year qualification in Business or Hospitality Management / Sales & Marketing. Tertiary education. Post-graduate in Hospitality Management advantageous. Proven previous sales management skills. Previous management experience. Is considered a `driver`. Has experience in the hospitality industry. At least 3 – 5 years experience in branch management activities of a small to middle size company; Candidates with proven experience in the following fields are encouraged to apply: Campus heads Deputy campus heads Department heads Hotel Managers Cruise Ship experience
Salary:
R540 000 – R600 000 Plus commission Potential for an annual bonus
