Job Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Hotel Reservationist to join a dynamic hotel team. The ideal candidate is professional and engaging with excellent interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
A relevant qualification in a hospitality field is preferred. Relevant experience in a similar role would be beneficial. Engaging and professional individual with a well-groomed appearance. Reliable and hardworking. Professional communication skills in Afrikaans and English. Willingness to work hospitality hours, including weekends and public holidays. Computer literate. Working experience using OPERA software would be beneficial.
Responsibilities:
