Job Summary
Who we are: Over a decade long business that specialises within the natural health and wellness industry. What we do: We provide and source only the purest essential oils to unlock the true meaning of aromatherapy. What we are looking for: A hands-on art director who has experience managing a team. What you will do: Lead the visual identity and creative direction across branding, marketing – and more – ensuring designs reflect the company`s vision. Oversee and inspire the design team, manage project timelines, maintain quality standard and collaborate cross-departmentally to support company goals. What you must have: 5 years in a senior design or creative leadership role Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Proven experience in branding, visual strategy and project management Strong ability to mentor, motivate and manage a team Experience in fostering collaboration and resolving team challenges Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
