Job Summary

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Grade 12 with additional related qualification advantageous Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud for social media marketing / presentation (Proof required) 2 years experience in a hospitality hosting type industry as well as administration support Able to work under pressure and self-manage Valid drivers and own transport, person resident in the Gonubie / Beacon Bay area preferred Excellent English communication skills; good skills on MS Office and must be energetic Willing to work weekends / public holidays as per requirements and travel when needed Must have high moral values Clear criminal record and have contactable references The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Create brochures / pamphlets and online social media posts for marketing purposes Drive companys media marketing strategy Manage data MS Word & Excel Assist with daily management and event planning Supervise junior staff General clerical duties answering phones / preparing documents Stock take and ordering of supplies Arranging maintenance for venue Improve guesthouse operations and procedures

Salary:

R7 000 R10 000 per month (dependent on experience)
