Job Summary
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
– 15-20 years of experience in export management, with a strong focus on fruits (apples, kiwis, pears and orange).
– Proven track record of successful international sales and market expansion.
– In-depth knowledge of export regulations, documentation, and logistics.
– Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
– Proficiency in Spanish is desirable.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
– Develop and implement export strategies to expand market in designated regions (Latin America, USA and Europe).
– Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
– Oversee the entire export process, from order fulfilment to delivery, ensuring compliance with international regulations and company standards.
– Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment of products.
– Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and potential risks.
– Manage and mentor junior sales assistant, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
– Prepare and present regular reports on export performance, sales metrics, and market insights to the Board.
– Attend trade shows, industry events, and meetings to promote the company’s products and explore new business prospects.
