Job Summary
Requirements:
- Matric.
- Degree/Certificate in Business, Logistics, Marketing and/or Sales.
- 5 Years` experience in Fleet Management or Vehicle Hire.
- Strong logistics, operations and vehicle maintenance knowledge.
- Proven leadership and sales expertise.
- Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent people skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel.
- Valid driver’s license.
Duties:
- Achieve customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Retain current customers and grow customer base.
- Achieve revenue and profit targets and develop business interests.
- Monitor revenue, utilisation, overdue vehicle report, invoices, missing kilometers etc.
- Ensure vehicle quality – maintenance, servicing and cleanliness.
- Motivate, lead and guide the team.
