Hire Resolve is looking for a Senior Compliance Administrator to join our client`s dynamic team. This role is vital for upholding our commitment to integrity and regulatory adherence. The Senior Compliance Administrator will develop, implement, and oversee compliance programs to mitigate risks and ensure that all company operations align with legal standards and ethical practices.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure adherence to regulations.
Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management.
Organize and deliver compliance training for employees.
Monitor and respond to changes in regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with various departments to strengthen compliance practices.
Support internal and external audit processes.
Oversee documentation and record-keeping related to compliance matters
Requirements:
Bachelor`s degree in Finance, Law, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in compliance or a similar role.
Expert knowledge of industry regulations and compliance frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certification in compliance and ethics (e.g., CCEP) is a plus.

Hire Resolve`s client is seeking a Senior Compliance Administrator to join their team in Malmesbury, Western Cape. This role is essential for ensuring that the company`s operations adhere to legal and regulatory standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing compliance frameworks and supporting the compliance team in achieving its objectives.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures
Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments
Prepare and maintain compliance reports and documentation
Facilitate compliance training programs for staff
Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance standards are met
Stay current on regulatory changes and advise management on necessary adjustments
Support management in internal and external audits
Manage and coordinate compliance-related projects and initiative
Requirements:
Bachelor`s degree in Law, Business, or a related field (Paralegal qualification would be beneficial)
3+ years of experience in compliance administration or a related field
Strong knowledge of collateral management, financial regulations, and compliance regulations
Proficiency in using financial software, compliance management tools, and regulatory reporting systems
Excellent organizational and project management skills
High attention to detail and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Certifications such as Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) are advantageous
