Job Summary

Hire Resolve is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our client`s finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the financial health of the organization.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare and reconcile financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Conduct monthly and year-end closing processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial planning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support for decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits.
  • Respond to inquiries from management and stakeholders regarding financial performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor`s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
