Responsibilities:

Field Sales :Engage with potential clients,Youll meet with new prospects, present our products, and close deals on the spot. Customer Relationship Building : Develop lasting relationships with clients to create repeat business and referrals. Product Knowledge : Become an expert in our products and services, knowing exactly how to meet each customers unique needs. Sales Targets : Stay motivated by achieving individual and team sales goals, earning rewards and bonuses for high performance. Market Expansion : Contribute to expanding Yogan Direct Marketings reach by tapping into new areas and markets across Durban. Administrative Support : Keep track of your activities, maintaining records and reporting on your progress. Required Skills and Qualifications: Matric Certificate (NSC) and NQF Level 4 (or equivalent) is required. Age : 18-31 years old. Energetic & Enthusiastic : Bring positive energy to every interaction Were looking for people who are excited about the prospect of selling and engaging with new customers. People Person : Strong communication and interpersonal skills are key youll be talking to all kinds of people and building lasting connections. Self-Motivated : Take ownership of your success. Youll need the drive to meet and exceed your sales targets. Problem-Solver : The ability to understand customer needs and offer the perfect solutions to meet them. Flexibility : Youll need to adapt to different environments and client needs, making each day unique and exciting. Previous Experience (preferred but not essential) : Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but were happy to train driven individuals with no prior experience.
