Responsibilities:
– Hunt for new business opportunities through cold calling, client referral, and web leads. – Follow-up with potential clients to qualify and ascertain their business needs. – Engage with existing clients to seize opportunities for product expansion. – Liaise with Development and Support teams to provide business solutions. – Develop a business case to meet potential client requirements. – Prepare and pitch sales visits and presentations. – Negotiate pricing terms and contracts with clients. – Ensure accurate client billing post contract signing. – Collaborate with internal teams to establish a strong project implementation plan. – Develop long-lasting relationships with clients and resolve any concerns. Key
Requirements:
– Grade 12 Diploma. – A relevant IT or Sales and Marketing Diploma/Degree will be advantageous. – Solid background in software sales is essential. – Proven sales and technical knowledge. – Sound understanding of customer and market dynamics. – Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. – Ability to work independently and as part of a team. – Ability to meet deadlines and deliver quality work. Characteristics: – Self-directed and diligent. – Excellent communicator. – Team player with a collaborative attitude. Ideal Candidate: A seasoned hunter with a solid sales track record in software, insurance, or financial products sectors.
Salary:
R20 000 plus commission
