Job Description
The ideal candidate will have experience in executing the restaurant plan by running the shift in line with company systems and the management of all franchise systems and processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Run restaurant teams and ensure the smooth operation of the shift
- Ensure smooth shift handover
- Supervise staff and provide training
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist with the rollout of new products were needed
- Act as brand ambassador at community/commercial events
- Provide support for restaurants in your area
- Embrace and embed new and/or changes to systems and processes
Competencies, Skills and Other Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years of previous experience in the supervising diverse workforce, in the fast-food restaurant/ hotel industry
- Must be a Zambian national with a clear criminal history
- Tertiary qualification/diploma in retail /hospitality is highly advantageous
- A valid driver’s license is advantageous
- Basic HR/ disciplinary / grievance process
- PC proficiency
- High customer focus
- Strong communication skills, at all levels
- Shortlisted candidates may be required to take and pass an online assessment.
- Background checks (academic, reference and other forensic checks will be conducted)
