About the Role

Spilastyle CC T/A Top Notch HR Solutions is urgently seeking a Works Supervisor for their Railway works in Nampula, Mozambique. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Senior Mid-Level Technician or Junior Civil Engineer, with a strong focus on cost and production awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct monthly planning tests to assess candidate suitability
Provide strong leadership, problem-solving, and adaptability skills for team management, productivity, and workplace dynamics
Balance team needs with individual performance and productivity

Requirements

Senior Mid-Level Technician or Junior Civil Engineer experience
Strong cost and production awareness

Qualifications

Formal education in Civil Engineering or related field (Bachelor’s degree)
